photos. **Overview *Very well maintained for racing. Kept dry-sailed with de-humidifier inside and tent protection when not sailed. *his boat was mostly rebuilt in 2007 by Will Paxton (e27 expert) for round the buoys and then seriously upgraded over the years (see below). *When well sailed, the boat can, and has, won races in the fleet - it has been maintained to be light and fast. **Pictures https://www.dropbox.com/sh/m9pthlgfym7lhbw/_43Z9fkQ5B * Trailer: 4 wheels. Recently painted. ** Enhancements * Head sail down-hauler system - see photo . Great fine tuning for light / heavy air. * New jib/genoa winches. * Rigged in large dyneema + hook system to quick put the boat in and out of the water from the crane. * New smooth polished bottom + reinforced keel support at the hull connection, KKMI refit. * fixed horizontal high perf ratchet block for spinnaker handling * Recent standing rigging (2007). **Sails * Practice set: 2 spinnakers, 1 main sail, 1 genoa, 1 #3 jib * Racing sails: Barely used : main sail (2011), genoa (2009). In good condition , jib (2007), spinnaker (2007). ** Ropes * high end spectra/dyneema low stretch lines on halyards, twings, etc… * Anchor - brand new line (~180feet). * New Honda engine , few years old, barely used - 4 stroke - Yearly serviced. * Tent protection over the boom covering half of the boat from sun’s abrasion. * V-Berths cushions to sleep on ( in storage) **Extras: *De-humidifier ($200) * Sail storage box ($400) :: Boat in great shape.
