Great input! I like the cross sheeting idea. If you could either post pics on the website or send them to me I would certainly appreciate it. the larger pads seem like a good idea, also. I need to solve this. It drives me crazy to see it happen. It is really frustrating for the trimmer, as well. This weekend I am going to try a new block that stands up and runs on the jib track. I'll let you know how it worked.
