:: saw this old msg so you may have already resolved your :: problem but I know of a couple of options for you. :: :: 1) you can buy a rebuild kit from west marine for $23 - :: G400sk :: :: 2) reverse the flap valves in the inlet and exhaust :: lines - $0 (they may have taken a set position open from :: the mating surface)
