I have a KVH Sailcomp that they have worked on. They are very helpful and willing to do what they can to solve your problem. You need to call them at (410) 847-3327. Work your way through their phone system and get a technician to speak to. If you just send your equipment in without calling they will send it back. Hope this helps.
