Yoshi,
I purchased the rubber seal, glue, special silicone etc from
Hatchmasters.com. New plexiglass from some (name escapes me, well
known) place in CA. They cut it to exact size and I just had to round
the corners with a belt sander, then hand sanding to exact size.
Other members here can help you source the acrylic, you definitely
DON'T want Lexan. You also need marine grade butyl tape that has a
spacer, or you can use plain butyl tape and add some string trimmer
line. The spacer stops the butyl from totally squeezing out and
maintains a constant thickness.
That said, my hatch is leaking again after about 5 years... it was
not a good design. Any plastic handles etc are not available. I
recently made a simple handle replacement using a 3D printer, I have
no faith that it will last long. My next step is a new hatch but
would rather get new winches first.
