:: give everyone time to get the boat back and set up for

:: day to get the boats back from Stockton, step the rig

:: It would be great to get Spinnaker Cup back on the
:: schedule, as MPYC has been very supported of the E27
:: fleet. Five years in a row MPYC formally offered to host
:: the E27 Nationals in Monterey Bay as well as invitations
:: to the prestigious Dolphin Cup Regatta originally
:: created for the Santa Cruz 50 & 52 fleets. The E27 fleet
:: never responded to MPYC invites so they gave up.
