I've used a 4hp evinrude 2-stroke, and it works great. 35# isn't too big to carry, and it does full speed on the return trip from the delta.

:: I would like to replace my 2 hp honda with little biger
:: motor.

:: Alternative 4-5 hp tohatsu? Is the standart motor mount
:: capable of carring such load?

:: It is twice the weight -around 55lbs.
