Tom & others, I am working on the NOR and hope to have it out to the fleet soon. YRA/OYRA minimum equip. rules will apply (see the YRA website, they are essentially the ISAF rules with a few local modifications & exclusions for smaller boats, including e27s). Most likely we will have an early am (8am or thereabout) start off the St. FYC race deck on July 3.
