Terry Stuck had a boat yard drill holes form the outside of the haul
at the bottom of ths stantion base to let water drain out. They did
this before they painted the boat.
Terry could give you the details. Maybe this would help you. I store
indoors in a warehouse and I remove the stantions and dry them out
before storing.
