The Treasure Island Sailing Center has expanded its yard and has
plenty of space available for dry storage. I've been at TISC for many
years and it is a great facility. In addition to an absolutely
premier location in the middle of the bay (_never_ use your outboard
again), it is low-key, easy to get to, plenty of parking, and just
plain cool. After years of fairly low-budget operation, the center is
getting into full swing with lots of improvements, expanded yard, and
tons of great community sailing events.
It is a community run center (non-profit and maintained mostly by the
tenants), so you should plan to pitch in at least a few days a year.
