ELITE KEEL STORY-A LIST OF TEN THINGS THAT HELPED DIANNE

1) The crew: Jarian Westfall, Laurel Schmidt, Mike Pastrone, Jeff Fellicetti

2) Will Paxton wasn't there.

3) This crew can change head sails, the hanked kind, in less then 2.3 minutes.

4) Wilie E Coyote didn't race Sunday.

5) Sun was shining.

6) It was my birthday weekend.

7. El Raton wasn't there.

8. We went left when we could.

9. The wind was blowing.

Mine are mounted very close to the widest part of the boat. It lines up with the 2nd screw from the front of of forward window. It's been there for ages and I doubt any science was applied to the positioning.

:: Getting the new boat ready for our first Wednesday
:: nighter and I'm wondering where the best place to put
:: the twings on the rail - just aft of the shrouds or
:: further back closer to the widepoint?
