Does anyone know if there is enough residual oil from the ship collision with the Bay Bridge to cause a great deal of fouling of our hulls if we race tomorrow? Our boat is in Brickyard Cove and I live south of the city and am not aware of the conditions on the Berkeley Circle. Any info will be helpful. Thanks.
