Larry-
Congrats on all the fun you're having on "Harvey". I am thrilled that
the boat has such a good home and "family".
Libra raced over 40 races in 2013 and went out non-racing many times
as well. I don't know if we beat your record of 60, but obviously
both boats have owners that love "Expressin'". Regardless of why the
boat is sailed, it is a dream of a boat to sail on.
Fair winds and blue skies!

:: @Larry: you make a good point about how many times you
:: sailed the boat NOT in races. I really like that. The
:: E27 is such a pleasure to sail. Those that limit
:: themselves to sailing only in a race are missing a good
:: thing. Your boat is truly "living the good life".
:: Cheers, SDK
::
:: :: "Harvey" is not for sale. Harvey is "living the good
:: :: life" on Lake Oroville. Mostly day-sails with an
:: :: occasional race. We entered four races in 2013 with two
:: :: first places. Harvey sailed more than sixty times last
:: :: year. If Libra was used less than that, perhaps you
:: :: should sell it!
:: ::
:: :: PS: Rich and I are good friends. He purchased a 24'
:: :: Corsair Trimaran and is no longer looking for an
:: :: express..

:: :: ::
:: :: ::
:: :: :: :: Where would you sail/race the boat, if you are from
:: :: :: :: Marysville? There's an Express 27 on Lake Oroville that
:: :: :: :: probably doesn't get much sailing in (it's Lake Oroville
:: :: :: :: after all, and the boat can't sail to it's PHRF rating
:: :: :: :: unless it has surfing conditions for downwind sailing).
:: :: :: :: You might check with those owners. It was my old boat,
:: :: :: :: Lipstick.
:: :: :: ::
:: :: :: :: :: Looking to buy an Express 27 from someone in the western
:: :: :: :: :: states. Located in Marysville. Motivated! (530)742-7070
:: :: :: Buy #56, Discotek, from Echedye. If you are serious, buy
:: :: :: it NOW, e 27's are difficultto find. SDK
