Subject: Rudder Bearing
Info: (20506 views) Posted: Saturday 12-13-03 07:31:10 PM
The new bearing should fit very sungly. We just replaced ours on Exocet as well as Maximus and all that was used was a bit of 5200 or something similar. There is a groove on the bearing to apply the 5200. They will fit nicely and you will be very happy with the performance.

:: I am replacing the lower rudder bearing on Mirage. The

:: get the new bearing to fit snugly? Is it best to epoxy

:: polysulfide, or is there some other fix? Thanks for any
