A Google search for "flush finishing washer" tuned up the following #8 Flush Brass Finishing Washer at Fastenal:

The manufacturer listed (Au-ve-co Products) shows #6 and #10 washers in their catalog but it's not clear if one can buy directly from Au-ve-co.
