got my new lewmar low profile hatch from whale point on canal st. for under $ 400.00, also have my old one for free if you want it.

:: I'd recommend Select Plactics, the approved Lewmar NA
:: repair facility.

:: http://www.selectplastics.com/lewmarhatches.htm
::
:: Sailnet also has a lot of good advice on hatch repairs
:: if you want to try it yourself.
::
:: :: I believe the lewmar 40 series is the replacement. They
:: :: also make a replacement insert and seal I believe. Bomar
:: :: also makes a replacement hatch as well. I believe the
:: :: opening is 19.5 X 19.5 or something close to that.
:: ::

:: :: :: does anyone have a replacement hatch cover? Does anyone
:: :: :: know what Lewmar hatchpart number is on our boats? Does
:: :: :: anyone know of someone that repairs cracked (not crazed)
:: :: :: hatch covers?
:: :: ::
