I'd recommend Select Plactics, the approved Lewmar NA repair facility. http://www.selectplastics.com/lewmarhatches.htm

Sailnet also has a lot of good advice on hatch repairs if you want to try it yourself.

:: I believe the lewmar 40 series is the replacement. They
:: also make a replacement insert and seal I believe. Bomar
:: also makes a replacement hatch as well. I believe the
:: opening is 19.5 X 19.5 or something close to that.

::
:: :: does anyone have a replacement hatch cover? Does anyone
:: :: know what Lewmar hatchpart number is on our boats? Does
:: :: anyone know of someone that repairs cracked (not crazed)
:: :: hatch covers?
