If someone in better touch with the various scheduling committees on the bay can get together all the names and dates (or tentative dates) of potential Express 27 Events, I will put them into the website now and people can vote for an event (by signing up as "sailing") and discuss on the regatta page message board.

I'll keep a record of the commitments people make now, and embarrass anyone that doesn't follow through and sail.

One way to increase participation would be to assign different fleet members as the "promoter" for each event on the final schedule. They would be responsible for the cheerleading and whatever other minimal organizational work is required to make an event a success.
