Hello Express 27 Racers,

Below is the 2010 Express 27 SF Championship and Long Distance Series Schedules.

The 2010 Express 27 SF Championship Series has a well balanced schedule that is worthy to represent any World Class One Design Fleet.

13 Weekends of Racing:

-    5 World Class Buoy Regattas: Spring Keel, Resin, Elite, NOOD, Simpson.
-    5 Challenging Long Distance Events:
-      2 Double Handed: DH 3 Bridge, DH Farallones
-      3 Crewed       : Vallejo, Delta Ditch and 2nd 1/2 Opener
-    3 Combination Regattas: Nationals, Sarcoma, Pumpkin.

The Long Distance Series builds on the Distance races in the SF Championship Series by adding the Double Handed Lightship and the Double Handed Richmond/South Beach race for a total of 11 races (which is consistent with the historical average of 12 races in the Long Distance Series)

2010 will be an exciting year for the Express 27 Fleet!

-Jan 30: Double Handed 3 Bridge Fiasco (SSS)
-Mar 6-7: Spring Keel (StFYC)
-     Express 27 Annual Awards Presentation on Saturday in the North West Room
-April 3: DH Farallones (BAMA)
-April 10-11: Resin Regatta (SFYC)
-May 1-2: Vallejo - Both Days (YRA)
-     Sign up for the Party Circuit and save some money over single race entry.
-May 15-16: Elite Keel (SFYC)
-June 12: Delta Ditch (SSC/RYC)
-June 26-27: NOOD (StFYC)
-     After a six year hiatus, the National Offshore One Design is back in town!
-     At the height of summer racing, this event is already surrounded by much
-     fan fair and promises to be spectacular in 2010.
-July 24: 2nd Half Opener - Saturday only (YRA)
-     Sign up for the Party Circuit and save some money over single race entry.
-Aug 28-29: Sarcoma Cup - Both Days (RYC)
-     pre-nationals tune-up opportunity
-Sep 10, 11, 12: Nationals (EYC)
-     Hosted by the Encinal Yacht Club.
-     Saturday will also be included on the Long Distance Series, but 
-     "Saturday Only" Entrants will not be scored in the Nationals.
-     All Three days of Nationals will be scored towards the Nationals 
-     and the Championship Series
-Oct 16-17: Simpson (StFYC)
-Oct 30-31: Great Pumpkin - Both Days (RYC)

2010 SF Long Distance Series:
