The winner of the regatta was Ray Lotto and crew on El Raton. We (Moxie) were tied with El Rat going into the last race and he sailed very cleanly and without any mistakes to take the victory. Well done Ray!!!

Lots of carnage this last weekend. Strega lost the top few feet of their mast. It looked like Peaches lost their entire mast (though not confirmed) and we broke several things....outhull, jib turning block, windex (nice round-up that must have had the keel out of the water), and the jib halyard tensioner.Lots of bumps and bruises as well. But, we had some great surfs and very fun weekend.

I second the "good times" comment. Too bad we didn't see more of the fleet out there.

What other carnage did you other boats see?
