Airmar makes the transducers for the KVH system. Here's their
website: http://www.airmar.com/index1.html. GEM Electronics helped me
out with a replacement paddlewheel for my transducer last year - very
helpful and nice people. In talking to them, they mentioned that,
although the original transducer was no longer being made, there may
be an Airmar replacement that would work. Here's a link to their
