Yes, we still have the toe rails, we're located in Detroit, MI. The rails are aluminum. I'm out of town so I can't measure until late next week, but IIRC the holes are 3 " apart. Our experience with putting the flat tracks at the rails was that most holes won't line up anyway, so there's a good chance there will be filling of old and drilling of new holes when it comes to toe rail projects.
