:: :: :: events as possible in the Monterey Bay area... certainly
:: :: :: one of my favorite places to sail. If we are going to
:: :: :: have our nationals down there, it would be very cool to
:: :: :: plan on having events on adjacent weekends down there as
:: :: :: well. More bang for the hassle of trailering the boat
:: :: :: back up.

:: :: :: -- 2nd weekend. bouy races around Monterey/Stillwater. Race to SC... this is likely to be a close fetch, so perhaps we would just make it a "cruise" or something.

:: :: :: :: fun to plan a series of events down here in the Monterey
:: :: :: :: bay area which would help to offset the time and expense
:: :: :: :: of moving the boats. There the Dolphin regatta at MPYC
:: :: :: :: and the Santanarama held by Stillwater Yacht club out of
:: :: :: :: pebble beach which offer a great beach party and BBQ
:: :: :: :: plus sailing in one of the most beautiful areas of
:: :: :: :: Carmel overlooking point Lobos!
