I think what he is saying is these boats are way better off when dry sailed. They are very easy to launch in about 5 minutes. Once you put bottom paint on them you are going to have nothing but problems (IMO). You have to reapply paint every couple of years (or more often), need a diver to keep it clean, blisters, etc. Plus it is less expensive to store in dry storage on the trailer vs. the cost of a slip.
