I race PHRF with no other Express 27s to compare against. I have several problems: 1) PHRF rating and 2) unknown Express 27 setings. I would greatly appreciate input in both areas. The number one area is making the boat go fast. I've tuned the boat to North tuning guides (28I, 42L, 34 A) and have North sails. With 30'7" headstay. Are these the 'hot' settings? I'm buying a new #3 so input is appreaciated ASAP.

Also any input as to relative PHRH ratings is appreciated.
