Greetings I am retired and in the market for a new boat. Not into racing and 90% of the time will sail alone in and out of SF Bay. Would this boat be suitable for me. Since it is popular,Practical Sailor had a good write up and have not heard much in the negative would assume resale would have a ready market. Racing boats not usually set up to easily handle alone this may be one of them--and my concern. My limitation not the boats. Had the first Rhodes 19 on the bay in 1960,bought it at the show, no winches no fancy gear. Don't want /need a large boat but a comfortable one a joy to sail able to take what the Bay dishes out and not over powering on upkeep. Have a love affair with the Bird ;but, a woody--well I want to sail not work. Any suggestions recomendations much appreciated. Mahalo Bob
