The Sobstad Cleveland loft makes very good Dacron mains and Kevlar #1s for very reasonable prices.

Also, don't overlook Santa Cruz Sails, in Santa Cruz. If I'm not mistaken, the boat that won the nationals this year (Baffett) used Santa Cruz sails. I believe the second and third place boats used Quantums and the fourth place boat, Pineapples. If you want to use a pole launcher on the boom, I would recommend getting a loose footed main. All the Detroit boats and many of the SF boats use loose-footed mains.
