Yes.........I somewhat fixed it by drilling out the tube,drilling a drain hole at the bottom to the outer hull (oversize) then refiberglassing the tube and hole to seal off the area and re drilling all tubes and drain holes smaller. It worked for a couple years.

Frankly, I am less than impressed with even that fix let alone the design. I am going to seek "Toe-rail" mounted stantions and fill the cavaties or just use thru-deck mounted stantions. Regardless, I am no longer going to use the 'tube' design. They leak and in my opinion are not safe.
