I had a qualified surveyer evaluate needed repairs and am reducing the price of the boat from $17,000 to $$10000 to compensate for recommended repairs.

� Remove marine tex all over the keel, bow, and stern; recommend using micro balloons to properly repair � New cabin sole � Top deck and cockpit area need repainting � Fiberglass repair to main traveler � Running rigging needs repair/replace � Needs a new forward hatch.

Trailer needs one new tire - does have spare
