Subject: tensioning aft lowers
Info: (14637 views) Posted: Tuesday 7-27-10 11:10:46 AM
We finally got "Espresso" in the water for the 1st time, however, we were somewhat confused by the rigging. The boat did not come with inline lowers, so the lower part of the mast is at the mercy of the aft lowers. We plan on putting on the inlines very soon.

How does everyone in the fleet keep their aft lowers? Slack?? Ours are super slack with the turnbuckles tightened all the way! Is this normal?

Any recommendations are most welcomed.

Mark
