All Express 27 entrants in the DH LS race are expected to follow the
requirements/rules.
Dealing with late changing SI's is all part of the game and you need
to be agile in adapting to changes as they present themselves.
A signed waiver is required to be submitted to the RC before racing.
It is expected that All will be in compliance with that waiver.
Note the requirement of a 406 MHz EPIRB or PLB

The season counter race is the DH LS Division D.
All boats racing are expected to do the right thing and follow all of
the
sailing instruction requirements, including the mandatory requirement
of a 406 MHz EPIRB or PLB.
