I am replacing the lower rudder bearing on Mirage. The old bearing abraded the shaft making the new bearing a slightly loose fit. Does anyone know the proper way to get the new bearing to fit snugly? Is it best to epoxy the new bearing in place and accept that I will never be able to replace it, or is it best to bed it in polysulfide, or is there some other fix? Thanks for any help.

Terry
