1) The crew: Jarian Westfall, Laurel Schmidt, Mike Pastrone, Jeff Fellicetti

2) Will Paxton wasn't there.

3) This crew can change head sails, the hanked kind, in less then 2.3 minutes.

4) Wilie E Coyote didn't race Sunday.

5) Sun was shining.

6) It was my birthday weekend.

7. El Raton wasn't there.

8. We went left when we could.

9. The wind was blowing.

Congratulations to all sailors in this years Express 27 Nationals. Looks like there was some close racing with good weather and breeze. I would like to direct anyone interested in purchasing pictures of their boat from this event to the official photographer of the event, Leslie Richter whose Rock-Skipper website has some great shots from all 3 days of racing. Leslie will continue to promote the event through local media websites.

Special thanks Maricia Schnapp and Zack Anderson who were very involved in getting this event organized and off the ground . And of course to Forrest Gay and others at the SFYC who ran what's sound likes an excellent event. Sorry I missed it!
