Seems a bit harsh. Let's say it's the boat that tried mods the class decided were not good for the health of the class.

Question...what systems would need to be changed back to 'stock' for this boat to be welcomed back to the fleet...just the winch system, or are there others?

Being from the Great Lakes, I was a bit outside the flow of information. Not interested in the emotion, just the details.
