The price might depend on how far the buyer is from Mobile. Buying a trailer (new) would cost around $3000 or a bit more and having the boat towed costs around $1 a mile. That would put the price over $20,000 in San Francisco or Oregon and more than $18,000 in Detroit the other place where there might be a one design premium. Just a bit ($1500-2000)on the high side, in my opinion, assuming the boat is in good condition--no water or rot in the deck, etc.
