We've had a number of outboards over the years, but after three seasons with out Honda, 2 hp, long shaft, centrifical clutch. We couldn't be more happy! We fuel while on the transon with no problem and if there is wind we sail. Our motor has been back and forth from Maui to Oahu 8 times. The bonus is it's air cooled so there is no impeller to worry about. We really like the 27 lbs..
