I wanted to personally invite you to enter the 2009 DELTA DITCH RUN,
Northern Californias premier inland yacht race. The event is
scheduled for June 6th and there is still plenty of time to sign up
if you havent already. I have attached a copy of this years event
T-Shirts and Dry Shirts as we are honoring the late Olin Stephens
with a commemorative shirt.
The Event is again sponsored by MOUNT GAY RUM, HARKEN, SVENDSENS
MARINE and a new sponsor VELOCITEK. Trophies for this year will be
HARKEN GEAR BAGS and VELOCITEK SPEED PUCKS. Plus, any yacht that can
beat the elapsed time record for Monohull or Multihull will be
awarded a special 300th YEAR ANNIVERSARY MOUNT GAY RUM, in a crystal
bottle with a custom case. Current Multihull record is 3 hours and 20
minutes for Serge Pond and Rocket 88 and the current Monohull record
is 5 hours 29 minutes for Shep Kett and Octavia.
