The 2011 "Double Damned" Downwind Race will be held August 6th in the Columbia River Gorge. It's a 42 mile Downwinder/Upriver from Cascade Locks Oregon to The Dalles Oregon. It's the Gorge so it's usually Windy (Record is 3:53 - Moore 24 - Morgan Larson in 2009)

We would love to have any and all Express' racing. Both Hood River Yacht Club Express' will be racing ( My "Monster Express" #87 and the newly relocated Bessie Jay now known as "Kitchen Remodel") and hope to have a couple more.

There should be a strong fleet this year with the Moore 24 Nationals the week before in Cascade Locks.
