Subject: Mast Head kite dimensions, etc.
Info: (25391 views) Posted: Friday 1-31-03 05:55:00 AM
Anyone have the "PHRF" dimensions for the mast head setup? (ie. spin hoist, max girth, max luff). I'm going to see what adjustment PHRF Chesapeake will make.

Also, there was a post sometime ago (Vin McAteer?) about using a 49er kite for the tighter angles. Anyone else have any experience with an A sail? What were the issues with the Express that retrofitted a sprit and an asymetric? Poor VMG? With the light and shifty winds here on the bay, we commonly find ourselves caught on a tight reach and quickly rolled by the longer waterlines...very frustrating. The thought of a Code 0 or Code 1 has crossed my mind more than once...
