Subject: Outboard motor bracket
Info: (20750 views) Posted: Wednesday 6-8-11 08:32:17 AM
Well I went out for the first time with my new express. Sails like a dream but I have some questions about the outboard motor bracket.

It seems difficult to take the motor off with the backstay in the way? We have a small light motor (4hp 2 stroke). It seems much more difficult to put it back on.

Any suggestions or modification to the original bracket to help with this?

I see some people have put two channels down the stern like the olsons?

Thanks, Curt
