Subject: The Weight Limit is 880 #

Mike, I did not understand your post. Maybe I am becomming senile. I support Bob's position. I am not a fan of the weight limit and feel that is is one more thing that effects fleet participation. I personally turned away 8 potential crew for the Midwinters based upon their weight. I had to turn away sailing expertise in favor of low mass.

:: Hi Everyone:
::
:: Sure the weight can be revisted. I thought it was
:: important to note that the vote did place the same
:: unique votes in a postion, that with just a few more
:: votes or some votes changing position, that the weight
:: was and remains a target for some improvement.

:: :: Dan,
:: ::
:: :: Thanks for the clarification. This is the first I have
:: :: seen the vote result. I had the impression that far more
:: :: folks were for an increase. I still support it, though.
:: ::
:: :: On the water,
:: ::
:: :: Bob
