Subject: Loos Gauge?

Nat,

Welcome to the fleet! I would be glad to give you some numbers to set your boat up with. They really need to coordinate with the design of your main though. If I remember correctly, you should have North sails on your boat. There is a North tuning guide in the articles section of the website. I will also e-mail you my UK tuning guide.

Best thing to do is get time on the water learning the boat though. You will quickly learn if you have speed or point to keep up with the other boats.

Cheers, Jason

:: Hi -
::
:: I just bought an Express 27 and plan to race in the
:: Bay/Ocean. I would like to check rig tension and was
:: wondering if the fleet would recommend a loos gauge and
:: initial settings.
::
:: Thanks!

:: Nat
