I have found myself with a bit of extra 3/16 Vectran which is perfect for Jib or main halyards, or maybe even jib sheets. For the halyards, the last 25' would be stripped but I can coat the vectran with black maxijacket which provides good UV protectant. The cover can be any color of your choice (red, green, blue, or black) in a basic polyester cover. Cost is $100 each.
