We are getting a PHRF certificate for Hull #88. I have measured the boat but am getting different numbers then the ORC certificate stamp that was found on the mainsail.
Does anyone have example measurements for PHRF that can be shared? Do I need a US sailing sail # for PHRF? Do I need to register with the class to keep my 88 sail number active (not likely to be doing one design racing)?
