I know that Ed (the new owner of Sweet Pea) just replaced all the parts on his trailer. I beleive you can contact trailrite in Santa Ana and they will send you new pads and a keel pan. I think it was around $100, which isn't bad at all. Then just take the trailer to a local welder and have him weld on the keel pan. As far as brakes, they probably sell something for that as well.
