:: Hi,
::
:: I am going to replace the wood block that the keel rests
:: on when on the trailer.
::
:: Does yours conform to the shape of the bottom edge of
:: the keel or is it a flat block?
::
:: Mine does... but I think that is due to rot and not
:: intention.
::
:: Thanks
On my trail-rite trailer I replaced the wood with a piece of redwood 2x6 slightly tapered to fit in the channel iron. No shape to match the bottom of the keel, the keel just rests on the wood. I found the channel iron to be very rusted so I replaced it also. SDK
