I would be happy to provide a list of prices to you Jari if you are interested. We will be doing a winter discount/group discount if we can get enough boats interested in some new sails.
As to which type of material....If money is not an object then go with the mylar mainsail, but the Dacron is just as good and will actually last a bit longer. Definitely go with Carbon or kevlar on the headsails as that is pretty much a given these days.
I have a very simple tuning guide and lots of recommendations to get you up to speed quickly. Just send me an e-mail or give me a call.
