Condolences to San Francisco Bay E27 sailor, Eliel Redstone. His father, Louis Redstone, a highly respected Detroit architect, died recently at age 99. His funeral was held today in Southfield, Michigan. Mr. Redstone emigrated to the U.S. from Poland after World War I and studied at Cranbrook Academy of Art under Eliel Saarinen. He designed many notable buildings in Michigan and throughout the midwest. His son, Eliel Redstone, is an architect in San Francisco.
