I think there are 10 Express 27's on lake st. clair. (There were 12 boats for the last regatta I did there, but 2 were from out of town). They have a much higher participation rate than the San Francisco Bay fleet. (we seem to be lucky to get more than 12 boats on the line in the summer despite having 40-50 in the area!).
