I would buy 3 tubes just to be safe. You don't want to run out in the middle of the job. It is probably 1/2 a tube per window but that is just a guess.

Part number for windows? No there are no part numbers. This is a take the window out and take it to tap plastics kind of job. They can make you a new window. They will also drill the bolt holes. Be sure to oversize the holes a bit.
